Welcome to Raineachan Cottage
Raineachan (pron. Ran-a-can) is a new holiday cottage, built in traditional style and finished to an exceptionally high standard. From its elevated position it enjoys spectacular panoramic views over Loch Fyne and the mountains beyond. The cottage benefits from a tranquil setting within the Loch Fyneside village of Strachur in Argyll, Scotland and the west facing aspect allows the cottage to gain maximum advantage from some wonderful sunsets.
Set in an attractive garden with its own burn (small stream) at one side, the luxury accommodation has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with exposed beams, full height chimney and central wood burning stove.
Whilst being very spacious the cottage also has a cosy feel and is therefore a real haven for breaks all year round both in spring/summer – with all the beauty of the many outdoor attractions and a relaxing garden - and for autumn/winter – when the log burning fire provides a welcome retreat from the outside elements and busy working life. It is furnished to a particularly high standard, with a mix of contemporary and antique furniture, and the self-catering accommodation includes everything to make your visit comfortable and easy.
